Last Updated: August 28, 2026 • Governing Jurisdiction: Victoria, Australia

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "Client", or "User") and Think Workcore Pty Ltd (trading as "Think Workcore", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your enrollment in workshops, attendance at our Seaton facility, and use of our educational materials and website (think-workcore.click).

By registering for a workshop, booking an engineering consultation, or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Think Workcore delivers hands-on technical instruction relating to electrical systems, ASIC micro-soldering, thermal airflow dynamics, and immersion cooling practices. All course material, diagnostic procedures, and calculation models are provided exclusively for technical and trade educational purposes.

Think Workcore provides hardware maintenance instruction and site engineering review. We do not provide financial, speculative investment, or market trading advice. Hardware returns, mining economics, and network difficulty fluctuate independently of our educational training.

3. Facility Safety & Electrical Standards

All in-person activities conducted at our workshop facility (8 Station Avenue, Seaton VIC 3858) require strict adherence to laboratory safety rules. Participants must:

  • Wear enclosed leather footwear and appropriate non-synthetic workwear during all bench sessions.
  • Wear safety goggles and comply with ESD grounding protocols when handling energized equipment.
  • Follow instructor directions immediately regarding high-current 240V/415V isolation switches and chemical handling during immersion vat demonstrations.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant who intentionally bypasses safety interlocks or behaves in a manner that endangers other attendees or staff, without entitlement to tuition refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All workshop handbooks, laboratory schematics, signal-tracing diagnostic flowcharts, custom firmware profile configurations, and website content are the proprietary intellectual property of Think Workcore Pty Ltd.

Participants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use printed handbooks and configuration files for their personal or internal business operations. Commercial reproduction, public redistribution, or unauthorized reselling of our curriculum materials is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), Think Workcore Pty Ltd, its directors, instructors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the application or misapplication of diagnostic techniques, solder rework, or electrical modifications performed on personal equipment outside our supervised facility.

Participants remain responsible for ensuring all electrical wiring carried out on their personal properties complies with local laws, certified electrical licensing requirements, and AS/NZS 3000 standards.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals therefrom.
