Origins & Mission
Think Workcore Pty Ltd was established in 2021 in regional Victoria. The company was created in response to a widespread industry gap: while online documentation and software guides were plentiful, practical, hands-on mechanical and electrical training was virtually nonexistent in Australia.
Early operators frequently struggled with burnt power sockets, failed hashboard voltage domains, and stalled ventilation during Australian summer heatwaves. Think Workcore was founded to build a dedicated physical workshop where technicians, farm managers, and solar owners could learn hands-on diagnostic methodologies under qualified electrical supervision.
Over the past five years, our Seaton testing facility at 8 Station Avenue, Seaton VIC 3858 has evolved into a fully equipped testing lab featuring eight independent diagnostic benches, high-amperage 415V 3-phase test supplies, an immersion cooling test vat, and an acoustic sound testing chamber.
