Engineering Scope: Comprehensive load calculations, transformer capacity assessment, hot-aisle/cold-aisle CFD modeling review, switchgear selection, and harmonic distortion mitigation.

Syllabus & Delivery Stages

Phase 1: Pre-Session Data Ingestion

Collection of existing single-line electrical diagrams (SLD), utility supply capacity letters, and building dimension sketches.

Phase 2: Seaton Lab Working Session

Interactive calculation of total harmonic distortion (THD), hot-aisle exhaust velocities, louvre sizing, and backup emergency shutdown interlocks.

Phase 3: Formal Engineering Summary Delivery

Delivery of an itemised engineering advisory dossier detailing recommended cable cross-sections, breaker curves, and airflow static pressure margins.
