ASIC Firmware Tuning & Immersion Cooling Clinic
A specialised master laboratory focused on low-voltage kernel configuration, per-chip frequency profiling, custom EEPROM reprogramming, and single-phase dielectric fluid tank maintenance.
Target Audience & Scope
Who this program is for: Experienced operators seeking to maximize Joules-per-Terahash (J/TH) efficiency, prolong silicon lifespan, or convert air-cooled miners to liquid immersion tanks.
Engineering Scope: Tuning voltage-frequency curves on individual ASIC chips, fan spoofing circuitry, immersion tank heat exchanger sizing, and dry-cooler maintenance.
Syllabus & Delivery Stages
Module 1: Silicon Physics & Voltage Curves
Understanding ASIC chip binning, temperature-dependent leakage current, and configuring per-domain voltage offsets to prevent thermal runaway.
Module 2: Immersion Tank Fluid Dynamics
Dielectric fluid selection, pump head calculations, brazed plate heat exchangers, fluid breakdown monitoring, and seal compatibility.
What Is Included
- 8 hours of advanced laboratory bench access
- Live testing on Seaton immersion tank and dry-cooler loop
